We take great care to assure the highest quality products at affordable prices with fast turnaround. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Support Specialists at 888.509.1233 or support@perforatedpaper.com. We will issue a full refund for the price of the product minus the shipping fees or re-do your order: it’s your choice.
As you can understand, certain circumstances are beyond our control:
- Shipping delays due to terms defined by UPS, including weather, mechanical failure, etc. (Please visit UPS.com for more information.)
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
- Errors in customer-selected options, such as paper color and quantity.
A few other items to help:
- Color variation on different monitors. Unfortunately, we cannot match colors viewed on different monitors. If you have any concerns about the color tone, please contact our support team prior to placing your order.
- Processing and Shipping Times. Our processing and shipping times are prominently displayed through the order process and on many pages of our site. Please read these times carefully as it keeps both of us on the same page!

Amazing product, great prices
I searched endlessly trying to find a specific size of perforated label sheets to use in our store as product detail cards. Received quotes from a few other places including the printer we typically use for marketing materials. All of the quotes were 2-6 times more than perforatedpaper. com. I almost gave up, and scratched the whole idea until I found this sight. I’ll be honest, I was a bit nervous ordering…I created a custom size, and they turned out perfectly!! Very reasonably priced, turnaround time was fast, and they are exactly what I was looking for. Will absolutely purchase again!
